Our waterfront museum was home to waterman Salem Avery and his family in the 19th Century. Our exclusive venue includes spacious indoor and outdoor reception areas and private gardens. 

Our 20th Century Great Room has a high ceiling and beautiful wood floor. 

All of our first-floor rooms are ADA compliant.

Sit on our screened porch or our expansive lawn overlooking

our entrance to the Chesapeake Bay. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your caterer.

The Great Room can accommodate a sit-down dinner for 60.

Outback, our vintage boathouse is situated in our 21st Century Raingarden

that helps protect our beloved Bay. We offer on-site parking for 40 cars. 

Our Price List  

$500 for a four-hour event indoors or out.

Additional time may be permitted for $100 per hour.
