Working with a grant from the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County, Donna Anderson is working with art students and community members to focus awareness on preserving our beautiful waterways.

The community is invited to contribute found pieces to a yellow trash barrel designated for this collection. It is out next to the frame.
The artist and volunteers will continue to stud the frame until she declares it to be done.
