Our Bay’s Oysters

Charlotte Rich, Chesapeake Culture and Ecology Specialist and founder of Bay Region Advisory,
weaves together the human relationship with the Chesapeake Bay oyster.
Get a hands-on education about Waterman Culture, Oyster Ecology and the Oyster Wars.

Charlotte graduated from Washington College with a BA in Environmental
Studies and a concentration on Chesapeake Culture and Ecology.  She has worked in the nonprofit industry in the different roles as an educator and leader and  is currently running Bay Region Advisory, assisting nonprofit clients in the Chesapeake Bay watershed by building sustainable programs, securing funding, and increasing cultural capacities.
